Welcome to my Master cleanse weight progress page. I started this journey not only because I wanted to loose weight, but because I wanted to do a spiritual, mental and physical cleansing. Also, I wanted to prove to myself that I was capable of being determined and not quitting something in a short period of time. This powerful journey was initially going to be 30 days. Then, I moved it to 40 days. I figured Jesus fasted for 40 days and so can I. I have a birthday coming up on June 1. That would be the 36th day of the cleanse and I think that May 31 (Day 35) will be the day my ease out will be. I really wanted to enjoy that weekend with my family and this would be a great birthday present to myself.
I did not really keep up with some of the days and I did post some questions on the master cleanser website in which I will post on here and the responses I received from other people. But from now on, I will do my best to post so this can help other Master Cleansers.
