Congratulations

Congratulations on your decision on starting this fast.

In order to be successful, YOU must be ready for a life changing experience with great results.

Here are some things that will help you out:

  • Never, ever, everrrrrr weight yourself after drinking the SWF and Lemonade mix. It will add 2 pounds to the scale.
  • I mixed 2 tablespoons to the SWF. It only requires 2 teaspoons.That was some tough shit to swallow.
  • Drink LT in the morning OR drink SWF NOT BOTH. In the evening drink LT.
  • You will have craving, but you will not be hungry nor have hunger pangs. Drink Lemonade Mix!!! You will feel better.
  • If you have acid reflux while on the cleanse, Peppermint tea is the only other tea you can drink besides the Herbal Laxative Tea. I cheated and had the peppermint candy. It didn't do any harm to me but that worked extremely fast.
  • NO EATING FOOD what so ever.There are no alternatives PERIOD!!!!
  • If you want to lose weight, instead of 2 tablespoons of Maple Syrup Grade B use 1 tablespoon per 8 oz of lemonade mix.
Motivation:

  • Tell yourself you can do this! You are not the only person that is on this fast.
  • This is only for a short period of time and you can eat when it is over.
  • Buy an outfit or if you already have one, hang it up so you can see it or take a picture so when you are out and you get cravings, you can look at it for motivation.
  • If you live with someone, (ie. roommate, husband, wife, etc.) let them know that you are trying to fast and that you need their motivation to keep going and not to tempt you with food.
  • If you can hang in there past 3-4 days, you will feel good about yourself. I promise you and you will have energy.

Getting started

This is what I recommend first. Read the Master Cleanse book by Stanly Burroughs. You can not use firefox to read this there will be an error. Windows explorer is recommended.

THE MASTER CLEANSE OR LEMONADE DIET
Purpose:
  • To dissolve and eliminate toxins and congestion that have formed in any part of the body.
  • To cleanse the kidneys and the digestive system.
  • To purify the glands and cells throughout the entire body.
  • To eliminate all unusable waste and hardened material in the joints and muscles.
  • To relieve pressure and irritation in the nerves, arteries, and blood vessels.
  • To build a healthy blood stream.
  • To keep youth and elasticity regardless of our years.
WHEN TO USE IT?
  • When sickness has developed— for all acute and chronic conditions.
  • When the digestive system needs a rest and a cleansing.
  • When overweight has become a problem.
  • When better assimilation and building of body tissue is needed.

AND HOW OFTEN?

Follow the diet for a minimum of 10 days or more— up to 40 days and beyond may be safely followed for
extremely serious cases. The diet has all the nutrition needed during this time. Three to four times a
year will do wonders for keeping the body in a normal healthy condition. The diet may be undertaken
more frequently for serious conditions.

HOW TO MAKE IT?
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon or lime juice (approx. ½ lemon)
  • 2 Tablespoons genuine maple syrup (Not maple flavored sugar syrup)
  • 1/10 Teaspoon cayenne pepper (red pepper) or to taste
  • 8 oz water, room temperature
Combine the juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper in a 10 oz glass jar w/lid and fill with the water.
Shake it up and drink. (Cold water may be used if preferred.)
Use fresh (organic) lemons or limes only, never canned lemon or lime juice nor frozen lemonade or
frozen juice.
